Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• All tags must be attached

Please note that return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

We do not have any final sale items at this time - all products are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@liliastudio.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
